Boris was fantastic. After going through a divorce that left me on the edge, I was served with foreclosure papers from the mortgage company. I tried to sell the home on my home and no success and the court date was fast approaching. Boris introduced himself to me and just had a normal conversation with me on where I was in life and asked how he could help. He didn't come across as a sales man nor was he pushy..just sat and spoke with me and made me feel he really cared about my situation. He gave me a few ideas to try, took my information and asked if he could call me in a couple weeks to follow up. and he left... He sent me a few documents on how to market the property the next week and called me the following to see if things changed. I knew then..I would let him try. He quickly got it listed and within 2 days I had other agents and buyers coming to see the property. The court date came and I was so stressed the day before, so I called him and he said "don't stress we got this... What time am i getting you to go to court?" No hesitation! Long story short, he spoke to the Judge, showed the progress we have been making and we were granted 60 additional days to find a buyer and sell the property. and yes, you guessed it, he found me a buyer 4 days after that court date. I have nothing but Awesome things to say about that young man!! I HIGHLY HIGHLY RECOMMEND HIM!!
