I had a great experience buying a house with Dwellings.

Let me put it this way: I called at 11pm on Christmas Eve, expecting to get voicemail and a live person answered. True concierge service in a mass-market, cookie-cutter age!

Great and professional online marketing. Had more views and showings than any house in the area IAW Zillow. House sold for almost exactly what was projected in market area. We have used them to buy a house and sell a house in the last few years. Will not BS you like some agencies. If you want the cold hard facts and the truth, use them. If you want to list for over the market value and not sell your home or not be able to get it appraised, then go with the other agencies.

Called Boyd one evening, saw the house the next morning. He did all his homework, in a short amount of time. We didn't buy, but Boyd was on point. AWESOME!

I had a great experience with Boyd Rudy of Dwellings by Rudy and Hall. I've owned my home for 20 years. It was my very first home. So, I've never sold a home. Boyd and his staff helped me through the process. Boyd pointed out the improvements I needed to make. It was nearing the end of fall and I was a bit hesitant. However, I overcame that and went ahead with the improvements. His staff helped me with all the steps necessary prior to bringing to market...from inspections, staging to signing off on paperwork. All the work paid off in the end. My house went on the market on a Friday with an open house over the weekend. A bidding war ensued. By Tuesday evening, my house was sold. 20k over asking. This happened in late November!
