I newer worked with a realtor as good as Brad. He is a very hard worker. Each of my previous realtors did not spent even 5% of the time and efforts spent by Brad. With his own hands he modified the front yard of my house, making it more attractive and likable by buyers. He did not charge us for this, just to improve the chances to make a successful sale. He did many Open Houses, and followed up with all potential buyers.
