I was going to just move on from my experience with Brad Lohse until I saw this 5 star review. I just can't let this go, you need to know exactly who he is and what he stands for. My first encounter with Brad was as a landlord. I rented a home from him with the understanding that he would help me buy a house and allow me to terminate our lease when we closed on the home. There were many problems with just moving in to the rental. For one, there was no mail key provided and it took him 6 weeks to get one from the post office. He tried to put that onus on me. I had over four thousand dollars stuck in the mail system for weeks because of his lack of care and urgency in the matter. There were many other issues but that one really sticks out. On to the real issue. I could not find a house because of the insanity in the market at the time. What I did find and eventually bought was a build lot which would require building a new home. At the time we discussed that this could take some time to complete and my one and only requirement was that we extend my lease until I could take occupancy and that it could take a few years. Brad was onboard and when I asked 3 times to update the lease, he refused citing that it was 'already in the lease' to go month to month. Long story short, Brad evicted me this past spring originally claiming that he was getting divorce/breakup with his realtor girlfriend and he needed to move back into the home. He lied, imagine that. What he really did was VRBO the house and now it sits empty at least 50% of the time. My relocation costs were well over 4k and I get to move yet again after my home is complete. The bottom line is that Brad Lohse is ethically bankrupt and does not deserve your business. He will profess all the work he does leading up to closing but the truth of the matter he will worry more about his next drink than you and your families well being. You have been warned. I would recommend that you look elsewhere and find a good reputable realtor. Best regards,
