I have a Master's degree in Public Administration and a Bachelor's in Political Science, which I use daily in both the public and private sector. I have special knowledge of down payment assistance programs from helping various local governments administer them, and from helping my clients use them. Negotiating is one of the areas I excel in (almost went to law school and still might one day).
