Brenda listed and sold my home
Brenda is very personable. She did not market my home with continuous open houses and it was in perfect condition, priced right and beautifully repainted by her husband (of course, they made $$ on that). When the sale EVENTUALLY happened, she did not seem to be strong with the buyer's agent. I liked her personally but my house was not well marketed. I had a very experienced agent/friend constantly looking for marketing of my house and it did not happen. It took her five months after the sale went through to finally send me a VISA gift card for $50. I am a travel agent and give clients who spend $4,000 or $5,000 usually about a $400 USD rebate plus wine, flowers, plus plus plus. So, overall, I would choose differently next time. Very nice person but bottom line ??
