One realtor took two weeks to return my call, another realtor sent me comps from a neighborhood 20 miles away, and several others never returned my call at all. In stark contrast, Brenda returned my call within 15 minutes, made herself available to meet me within the confines of my very busy schedule, came prepared with comps from MY neighborhood, and had all the information I needed.Brenda is elegant, graceful and professional - but she is also down to earth and easy going with a delightful sense of humor. Every once in awhile we have the good fortune of meeting someone we instantly like and trust with the first hello. Brenda is that person! I live in Virginia but was selling a home in North Carolina so I needed someone who would take the ball and run with it in my absence.
