Brenda helped me buy my condo and when I needed to move 5 years later I called her to help me sell it. I needed to move very quickly and I left her a mess, and I hated leaving her that mess. I was all stressed out. Brenda told me she would take care of everything and she did that and more. She blew my mind! She took care of the renovations, staged it, and sold it without listing it. Magic. She is a magician! She gets the job done. Her awesomeness doesn't end there. She is one of the sweetest and classiest people I have met in Washington. She is extremely personable and I wished I could have taken her to South Carolina with me. Everyone else I have worked with pale in comparison. We had an excellent experience with Brenda as our sellers' agent. She was responsive and creative - the photos that her photographer took were very good and she chose one that was a little different than the standard street view, but was very welcoming. The buyers' agent was not responsive, failing to return documents needing to be signed in a timely manner. We felt that he was not at all thoughtful to the seller. Brenda managed to navigate past all of that.
