Excellent. We had already picked out a home that had a seller, but wanted Brenda to handle all of the buying details for us. She is very conscientious, thorough and professional. She stays on task, is always a step ahead in knowing what to do, when to do it and how to assess all pertinent and important details. She also was the selling agent for a family home we were selling in 2013, and again she did an outstanding job of handling everything, from hiring painters, to every kind of situation that arises when selling a home.
