ISSUES WITH THE HOUSE STARTED RIGHT AWAY... BRENT HILL WAS WITH: CHARLESWORTH REALTY GROUP WHEN I PURCHASED A HOUSE FROM HIM THAT HE PURCHASED AND 'FLIPPED' IN 2014...... BRENT HILL IS PRESENTLY WITH ENGEL & VÖLKERS, BROOKHAVEN ATLANTA,GEORGIA AVOID BRENT HILL OF ENGEL & VÖLKERS, Brookhaven Atlanta........ HE RESTORES HOUSES WITH NO PERMITS!!!!! I ALSO OBTAINED PICTURES OF THE HOUSE 2/2014 THAT SHOWS MOLD ON WALLS... SUSAN TAYLOR OF: MAXIMUM ONE REALTY GALLERIA Was the SELLING AGENT BRENT HILL OF: CHARLESWORTH REALTY GROUP.. BRENT HILL IS THE SELLER WHO OBTAINED NO BUILDING PERMITS NOR CITY INSPECTIONS....... SUSAN TAYLOR AND BRENT HILL BLAME THE HOME INSPECTOR FOR ALL DEFECTS... MR HILL REFUSES ANY REPAIRS NEEDED TO BRING THE PROPERTY TO CODE AND SAFE...... CRACKED/BROKEN CERAMIC TILES IN KITCHEN COMING UP, POSSIBLE MOLD DAMAGE IN WALLS AND SUPPOSED NEW FLOOR SINKING.......... SINCE WHEN DO HOME INSPECTORS HAVE TO REMOVE KITCHEN CABINETS AND SHEETROCK TO FIND HOLES TO CRAWLSPACE AND MOLD? ARE THEY REQUIRED TO SEE IF ANY PERMITS WERE ISSUED AND RESULTS?? 7/22/16 I SPOKE TO QUIN HUNTER OF THE ATLANTA/FULTON COUNTY PERMIT OFFICE AND IT WAS CONFIRMED NO PERMITS ISSUED IN 2014 BY ANYONE INCLUDING BRENT HILL PROPERTY OWNER AT THE TIME... Brent Hill CEASED COMMUNICATION WITH ME AFTER HE HAD NEW FURNACE REPAIRED AS IT DID NOT WORK UPON MOVING IN...
