Brent worked with us as sellers to identify what we needed in terms of timeline, contract price, etc. He listened to our needs in terms of showings, open houses, etc. so that we could make the process manageable for our family. Brent puts the client ahead of the process.

Did a good job of listening to our "wants and needs" for a house. Found the perfect house for us where my husband could step out and golf! Had the sun room and deck I wanted. He guided us in putting in the offer and he did tell us that we should get it in fast and do our highest and best because this house would have several contracts... He was right.
