Brett was the worst Real Estate Agent I have ever dealt with. I have sold several properties in my life and never had the issues I did with Brett. He was my buyer’s agent. He broke at least two ethics codes during the process. He asked for a commission increase in the sales contract and he tried to renegotiate the contract with the BINSR by asking for money in lieu of repairs.

My husband and I were very pleased with Brett. He listed our home and sold it for a fair price. We were not easy to deal with--- and he dealt with us with patience and reason. Brett also helped us find a rental, which is not easy for a family with 4 kids, animals, and financial challenges. Very positive experience!
