I had a great experience working with Brett Rice and his Team. Brett is very kind and patient, and he was very understanding and accommodating of my situation. He exceeded my expectations for customer service on several occasions. He has great communication and problem solving skills, and it was a pleasure to have his support during our work together (and beyond!).
