Brett was great during the sale of our house. He was always available, is very knowledgable and took the time to answer all of our questions (we asked alot of questions). Brett was very professional and always responded quickly to any questions or concerns that we had. Selling or Buying a house always feels like a stressful process, but working with Brett, I felt comfortable and experienced very little stress. This is a testament to Brett's calm demeanor and positive attitude.

Brett was extremely helpful, insightful, honest, and patient with us as first-time home buyers. He was extremely accomodating with our questions (even the ones that showed just how new we were to this process). I would recomment Brett to anyone looking for a new home. If my wife and I could give him 6 stars we would.

Brett took great care of us as we sold our townhouse in Centreville and bought a single family home in Bristow. I asked him so many questions during the selling/buying process and he always responded to each question I asked. He gave us access to the listings so my husband and I could look online for houses without needing Brett. It was nice to be able to look at our leisure. When we did find houses we wanted to see, Brett arranged for us to view them right away. Being that it was a seller's market, we had to view homes quickly and Brett was always able to meet us. My husband and I thought about selling our townhouse on our own, but after all the contracts, proposals, offers, contingencies, rent backs, etc. we are so thankful that we decided to use Brett to sell our townhouse in addition to helping us find a single family house. We hope to be in our new house for many years, but if we do have to move again, we will definitely contact Brett.

Mr. Shankle is very knowledgeable about the sale and purchase process, provided great advice and kept our best interests in the forefront. The seller of our new home was making life difficult for us and with Brett's professionalism and expertise we were able to close the purchase without issue. Communication with your real estate agent is key throughout this process and I can say Brett was always available. I was able to reach him at any time through email and phone and he gave sound answers to our numerous and sometimes annoying questions. I could not imagine the added stress that would come from working with an unresponsive agent. I highly recommend Brett Shankle and will be sending him referrals. Hopefully we do not need to move again but should we need to sell I will be contacting Brett again!
