Great experience. Listed and sold my fathers home after he passed away. We had tried to test the market and sell it ourselves for a week or so to no avail. Brett listed it and sold it within 2 days. He walked us through the whole process step by step.

Brett was very patient with us and explained all the details of listing and other paperwork with ease. We felt we hired the best agent to help us sell our condo in only 4 days with a full price offer. I think listing with Brett Young was the best decision we could have made. He knew the area very well, helped us price the condo appropriately, and also helped get us in contact with a contractor to take care of a few small issues for a bargain price. Over the years, I worked with multiple Real Estate agents and I can definitively say that none compare with Brett Young. Brett is truly outstanding in his service, to say the least. He goes out of his way to make sure that all deadlines and requirements are met in time. He communicates very effectively, and helps his clients stay on top of all action items. He has very sound advice and clear guidance in steering through the maze of requirements. He is proactive, which means he gives plenty of notice to prepare his clients. He is professional, friendly and very punctual. He follows through and while others long forget about you after a sale, Brett continues to check in to see how you are doing. Six months after we purchased our last home, he sent a note to check on us! I recommend him very highly. You cannot go wrong with Brett.

In the most recent hunt, he was instrumental in the coordination of joining three families in our new home. In a very unique situation, my immediate family (husband, two sons and baby to be) is moving together with my mom and Mother-in-law in a much larger home. As one might imagine, this was quite complicated and stressful, yet Brett did a fantastic job helping us to work through EVERYTHING in order to find our dream home, accomplishing an immensely challenging but amazingly beneficial task!
