Other realtors might have been annoyed, figuring I was wasting their time. I never once got that sense from Briahna, not once. Briahna guided me through the entire process from beginning to end. My home was initially occupied. She came in and gave specific instructions on the does and do-nots of staging a home to make it appeal best to prospective buyers. Once my home was vacated, she returned to review each room again. She then made recommendations for improvements - explaining that she would be coming back take a second photo shoot of my home. She shared that doing so would bring more potential buyers. She was right! Needless to say, I had a buyer and went from being home owner to contracted to closing in what seemed like no time at all. Everyone at the closing table agreed that the entire process was so uneventful - thats what you want when you sell a home! No anxiety, no stress. Briahna made it happen this way for me.
