bout: Brian Barringer is a broker raised in Tracy, CA. He has been surrounded by the real estate business community, with both parents being in the industry. These factors have contributed to his unique perspective on the local market. He joined the family business in 2004 as a buyer’s agent, and found his niche as an investor specialist. Before getting into real estate, Brian worked at Safeway, Costco, AT&T, and owned his own Landscaping business. Married since 2004 to his beautiful wife Sarah and raise two boys together, Andrew and Owen, born 2009 and 2011.
