Brian Baxter

I am a dedicated agent that finds tremendous gratification in assisting people with the purchase or the sale of their home. I recognize that the compensation I receive demands a high level of service. My ultimate goal is to create a positive experience for my clients leaving them delighted that they chose me as their agent. I accomplish this goal by being detail oriented, assisting during all the various parts of a transaction, communicating regularly with all involved, negotiating and being a strong advocate for my clients. Fortunately, I find this all instinctive, I genuinely love to serve people and have a sincere interest in real estate. Besides helping others, I also have investment properties of my own and have been a landlord for the past decade. I am a Colorado native, originally from Aspen, then Crested Butte, and I have been located in Denver for the past 20 years. My other loves are my family, music, mountains and great friendships.
