Brian Burgmeier

When we purchased our house through Brian the transaction went well. I gave Brian a raving review at that time but things have now changed. Brian knew the house we purchased needed work. He told us I have a guy that does work for me flipping houses, he will do a good job and has reasonable prices. After we purchased our home it was about 14 months or so before we had money to do some major remodeling. I texted Brian at that time and asked him if he was still using Greg and if his work was still good Brian told me yes. So we had Greg Link give us a quote that was about $27,000 dollars. At first everything seemed ok and then went downhill fast after that. We had unfinished and shoddy workmanship. I filed a complaint with the ROC. and found out the Name AZLink Homes LLC (list agent/owner Brian Burgmeier) license had been revoked, then Brian told us that Greg put our quote under the wrong construction name that it should have been Double D's. Now there license is revoked too. Guess what they now have a new name and number Skygreen Construction ROC# 314249 guess who owns it Brian Burgmeier. Do yourself a favor and stay away from Brian Burgmeier, Greg Link, Nino AKA Anthony Salvatore Derasmi and all these named construction companies. If you look up these companies along with their LLC through the state agencies you will see how all these guys are working together!!

I would like to echo the other report on this website. Brian Bergmeier is a criminal. I hired SkyGreen Construction ROC# 314249 to complete a remodel for my home. I paid them $57,000. SkyGreen did not complete the work and the work was shoddy. I still have four active leaks in my roof and there has been substantial interior damage to my home. I have filed a claim with the ROC. This has been the worst nightmare of my life. Stay away from Brian Burgmeier, Greg Link and Larry Hargrove. They are crooks and should be in jail. Their ROC license should be revoked.
