As an expert in the Central Austin and Campus investment/leasing market, Brian founded Copland Realty after receiving his Texas Real Estate Brokers License and a Bachelor of Science in Communication Studies in 2004. After a successful year, Brian, Michael Said, and Mike Rhodes founded Premier Realty in May 2005. Primarily working with investors concentrating on Central Austin development and residential uses, Brian has become one of Central Austin's most successful Brokers. - Brian showed me homes
Brian owned the house I rented with 4 others in the West Campus area. The house was filthy upon move in and it took months to repair crucial parts of the house (i.e. the toilet was sinking through the floor). Brian had poor communication with us and failed to respond on many occasions. He was very rude over text even when he was in the wrong. We were clearly not his priority. Upon move out, we had fixed many things ourselves and made the house look nicer than ever. Despite that, Brian deducted much from our deposit. All in all, Brian is not a good landlord and I would avoid doing business with him at all costs.
