Brian recently helped me sell a home in the Sherwood Forest area of Winston-Salem and I could not be more pleased with how quickly the home sold as well as the price I received. I live 2 hours away from the home I sold and Brian made things exceptionally easy for me. He did market research to help arrive at a listing price and had professional photos taken. He attended an estate sale I had at the home prior to listing the house to greet potential buyers and provide brochures. Brian was always readily available by phone, text, or e-mail to answer my questions. If I was unsure of something, he was good at offering me a variety of options on how to proceed. He kept me up to date on everything including the listing process, the status of showings, review of offers and preparing for closing.
