Brian Daumke

Brian is the most unethical real estate professional I've ever encountered. In fact using the word professional is an oxymoron for Brian. He is dishonest and literally stole $2250.00 from me. I am pursuing legal channels but hope others don't have to experience what I have. Don't do business with this realtor unless you wish to be ripped off.

Outstanding Agent. Brian sets the bar for how to handle clients, even when the market is on fire and I am sure the phones are ringing continually. Brian lets you know that you are his client and while he is handling your transactions, there are no distractions. I would recommend him, most definitely.

Worst landlord/property manger I've ever had. He takes forever to respond to calls/emails. He will find any little reason to deduct from your deposit and waits until the very last day to get it to you. He deducts without any proof of how much it will actually cost. He deducted an anount for work that still has not been done! Not worth renting under him!
