Brian Reed is an excellent real estate agent/broker. He is very experienced and puts his customers at ease when closing on the largest asset that most people will purchase in their lifetime.

As of this date Reed Built has yet to build a house in its own. The owner or Reed Built did partner with an experienced builder (Linquist Reed Custom Homes, LLC) to build another house which showcased Reed's lack of experience and general construction knowledge as every part of the project handled by Reed turned into a disaster. When the project was nearing completion nothing that was promised to take place by Reed, either right before or immediately following close, happened. Once closing took place calls, texts, and emails went ignored. The worst part, was the failure to honor the majority of the 1 year warranty that was part of the build contract. Make sure you do your due diligence before considering Reed Built for any project, including the smaller Home Depot projects that consists of the majority of Reed Built’s work. If you do proceed with working with Reed Built, you will want to consider escrowing part of the payment as Reed Built’s owner is notorious for not honoring warranties. There is a reason Reed Built removed its listing on Google and doesn’t allow for reviews on its Facebook page….. Be careful!
