Brian’s journey into real estate began in 2015. After caregiving for his mother for 10 years, she made the transition into senior care living. This left Brian with the family home to sell, and in desperate need of repair, with no clue how to do it. Through pure determination…and a little help from YouTube…Brian strapped on his toolbelt, put a For Sale By Owner sign in the front yard and successfully renovated, marketed and, proudly, sold his childhood home. Afterwards, Brian asked himself, “How much easier would that’ve been if I had help from someone I completely trust with real estate experience?” That answer motivated him to become that person for others.
