Brian Kushin

Unfortunately from the start dealing with Brian was by far the worst experience ever. Brian was the listing agent for the home I was interested in, As anyone looking to purchase their first home you’re definitely excited as was I in the beginning but this turned quickly in a snap dealing with Brian. I wouldn’t recommend Brian to my worst enemy! He’s more so for himself and pride and not his clients! I offered 30k more than the asking price and won the seller accepted my offer, Brian was more so want to have control and convinced the seller to back out of my offer for an escrow dispute. I will stay clear of any listings attached to him and I will be sharing my experience with family, friends and colleagues to also stay clear! If you’re thinking of listing any house with him think twice! He’s not about his clients best interest!!!
