- Brian helped me buy a home
He was helpful. His wife was the listing agent and he was my agent. I was bike riding one day and saw the condo at an open house and wanted to make an offer right then. Since Brian was there and it was all in the family so to speak he wrote up my offer for his wife to present to the seller. It went from there. It was a very simple transaction. He was most helpful when the "worthless" home warranty people were slow and unable to fix my refrigerator.
