Brian was awesome!! I contacted Brian after we got married and told him that we might be interested in looking at houses soon, but wasn't sure. Brian was very understanding and would check in too see our thoughts and if we were starting to look. I pulled the trigger and got all of my paperwork in a row for a mortgage and told Brian that we would like to start the looking process. I was expecting to take our time and possibly spend months just looking around for the right house. We met with Brian once to explain our "wants and needs" and where we would like to look. Brian had a list of houses for us to go see the the next day(happened to be a weekend) and off we went on our little adventure. We found the one on the first day of searching and we even found a second option as well. After the first offer came up short we asked Brian to put in an offer for the second house... That was beat by a better offer with more money down. Brian didn't give up though and kept showing us houses over the next few weeks. I was about to give up when Brian called me and told me that the original house was back on the market and they were interested in my offer. After performing another walk thru with Brian we decided we wanted it to be our first home together. With less then 24 hours to go the seller and I were not seeing eye to eye on some very basic repairs, and I informed Brian what needs to be done for me to move forward. Brian remained very professional through the whole process and after a few more worries... We got the home. We have been in the home for a few months now and couldn't be happier. I purchased my first house in the spring of 2011. Like others, I interviewed several agents who all told me the same thing. "You're my top client" " my phone is always on for you " " I'm available WHENEVER you want to look at a house." Brian didn't tell me these things. Actually he said little. He simply told me " my job is to find you the best house and I'll do just that." At that point I choose Brian because I felt he wasn't going to BS me. Brian not only sent me listings every day (which every realitor can do) but he searched for houses that weren't even on the market yet. In fact, the home I purchased was never sent to me via a email, I didn't find my house on my own, I did come across it while driving around checking out neighborhoods. It was the opposite. Brian called me up and said " I found the one for you." He told me that I couldn't view photos first because it hasn't even listed. Brian took me there and showed me later that day. Needless to say I bought that house. Brian worked hard for me to find me my house. He didn't simply sit back and wait for me to find one I liked to look at. He got to know me and my style. He spoke with other contacts in the industry and found a home that wasn't even on the market yet. Brian didn't "sell me" when I signed with him. He showed! Brian is top notch agent that I highly recommend. I spent a year trying to find the right house. Brian was always available at a moments notice to look at houses...a few dozen! He was knowledgeable and always pointed out things to consider. I found the right house in 2013. The seller was very stubborn and declined many offers. Brian was able to negotiate $15k less than the seller's bottom line that she held for months. This was also $44k less than the original list price of $250k! Three years later, I couldn't be happier.
