I started by filling out he KW form to get on their website. Soon after Brian called me. I told him what I was looking for. Within a few hours he had homes for me to choose from and we made an appointment to go to Santa Fe and see homes. Brian picked all of us at our Hotel, on time. The us is my husband and I and our two dogs We spent the day together, had lunch, worked again.By the time we left Santa Fe that weekend we had made an offer. Then of course there is the counter offer, the inspection, the lender. Brian helped us all the way, especially as we had a TX lender for a NM house. That was not easy and Brian worked with everyone, lender, condo president, insurance, inspectors, appraisers, until we closed. He made it easy for us, not so much for him.
