Briana was wonderful to work with. She is very friendly and helpful, and quick to respond to any questions or concerns we have. Her advice helped us to reconsider what we thought we wanted when we started our search, and we ended up finding the perfect home that was just what we needed. As first time home-buyers we were uncertain about the process, but Briana helped us through everything. Her help was especially valuable as we made the offer and navigated our way toward closing. She also didn't mind that we brought a 2-year-old with us, something that I know can be distracting.

A+ customer service. We were one of 7 offers on our dream house and Briana went wayyy out of her way to win for us. She helped us write a sob-story letter, had our lender call the listing agent to talk up how well-qualified we were, she kissed the other agents butt promising how easy she would make the transaction. She even dropped off our offer in person with a basket of dog treats for the sellers puppies. Needless to say we won, and we found out later we werent even the highest offer!!! We cant wait until our friends are ready to buy so we can refer her and show our appreciation. Thank you!!!!!!!
