Bridget did a great job showing properties to our daughter and her boyfriend (who live in Denver) and advising them of the progress, and making recommendations as to offers and how best to structure the deal. My wife and I (who were the other 2 buyers) live in Pueblo. Bridget kept us apprised every step of the way. There was a glitch at closing, that occurred because of the listing agent. Bridget handled that conflict very professionally and was very firm in making sure our interests were protected

We were out of state and she video chatted so many walkthroughs for us so we could really get some good insight into homes even though we couldn't be physically present. We offered without going in the home because she was our trusted eyes and ears (and nose!). She negotiated our offer and knew the best options to put on our offer that would make ours the most attractive, without putting us at risk for something we didn't want or couldn't afford. She walked us through every step of the closing and we hit every due date and milestone on time or early. Closing was a breeze and she really took the stress out of it all. Bridget understands people. She gets it. We've already gotten her another referral and hope to continue to send more people her way.
