Born and raised in sunny Southern California, I learned to love and always be outdoors whenever possible. After attending college in Los Angeles, I moved to beautiful Colorado and I was blessed with 3 beautiful children. Once I moved to Northern Colorado I began a career in law enforcement with the Larimer County Sheriff’s Department and then the Fort Collins Police Department. Living in the foothills of Colorado has been a great experience for our family. My husband, a Marine (Semper Fi), and I, built our own home, and our children attended the local "mountain" school. Believe me, you learn a lot of lessons along the way when you are a part of such a small community. It is a great journey to be a part of. One of the main lessons has been that everyone has different needs, so listening becomes very important. Remembering that in my business has helped me be more understanding, more compassionate, and more patient. In my spare time, I have volunteered at this same "mountain" school, as well as our local volunteer fire department. Which, I am proud to say, have been a part of watching it grow into one of the best in Colorado. I believe that giving back to your community helps that community grow and be strong. Today's real estate isn't the same as it was 20 years ago. It used to take 1 or 2 pages to complete a purchase. Today, there are not only multiple pages to each contract, but multiple sets of documents.
