I met Britany at an open house and immediately clicked with her- she knew exactly what I wanted in a home and helped me find my dream house. Britany and Haden made the buying process so much fun, which I did not think was possible! They helped me navigate buying a house for the first time while I was still living in Houston, and kept me from being stressed out. Not only are they incredibly detailed and organized, but they surround themselves with lenders, contractors, etc that have the same work ethic and fun personality. I am so thankful for their help during this process and I highly recommend this duo to anyone looking to sell or purchase a home. Youll end up with an amazing experience and two new wonderful friends.

We had such a great experience working with Haden and Britany! The whole process honestly felt like we were hanging out with friends. We mostly worked with Haden, and he was super responsive, knowledgeable, helpful, and hilarious. Plus, they have so many connections in the community that really make you feel like all your bases are covered. They are definitely in the process with you and for you, no pressure involved. I could not be happier with Haden and Britany! I was on a very tight time-frame to move down to Austin and they made it happen. I told them my expectations in a realtor and what I needed from them and they delivered. They sifted through all the homes in my price range, they responded instantly to my calls/texts/emails/questions and worked with my chosen lender. Britany and Haden were great to work with--we probably looked at about 50 houses in South Austin with them! They are very responsive on email and text, and have lots of great contacts to answer questions/get stuff done. It's great having a "team" to help you out, so one of them is always ready to answer questions/set up showings. I definitely recommend them!

You couldn't ask for a better team. Britany and Haden are prompt communicators and know where all the good properties are in the (ridiculous) Austin market. They'll always take the time to explain things if you're new to the process and meet up for same-day showings when something promising comes up on short notice. They're great with technology and always keep up with signing documents and communicating with finance and title. I can't think of a single hiccup on the realtor end of our deal, from offer to closing. We got first-class treatment even as first-time buyers. Can't recommend highly enough.

Brittany and Haden were great to work with! I was extremely busy while trying to sell and close on my condo, and they made it a breeze. They took on ownership to handle much of the work that needed to be done at the condo including being available to meet repairmen etc. Not to mention they're a great pair and lots of fun to work with, it felt like we were old friends by the end of the whole process. Highly recommend them!
