My wife and I had a wonderful experience with Brooke. She was not only our sales contact in finding a new home, but she also represented us in the sale of our previous property. On our previous property, we ran into an issue on the inspection with the chimneys in that home. The cost to repair was going to be very high and we did not think the sale would go thru. Brooke, however, was very calm. She worked with the buyers broker and was able to come up with an arrangement that was satisfactory to the buyer and to us. Without Brooke, this sale would have not have occurred.In regards to finding us a home, Brooke listened to what we wanted. She only showed us homes she knew would interest us. In fact, when we visited the home, we ended up buying, she said to me when we walked in the door "this is your house". She was right.I have the highest respect for Brooke Gelhaus.
