As a new homebuyer, there was so much about the process that I was not familiar with / extremely nervous about. Brooks was very patient with and took the time (regardless of the hour) to explain things to me. To say I was hesitant going in was an understatement given I had very little time to locate a house. There were a few houses that I liked which fell through - very discouraging. Brooks said not to worry and that we would find a house that Id love. He was right and I did and couldnt have done it without his expertise and can-do attitude. Much appreciated!!
