This so called realtor is a complete a** hole. Rude, foul mouth, scum lord. He doesn't care about what his properties look like. I want to warn everyone do not buy or rent from this pig. You'll regret it.

This guy is the worst landlord I’ve ever dealt with. He’s extremely rude and arrogant. His properties aren’t kept up. When you call to let him know a problem is going he’s extremely rude and turns everything around on you. Never does maintenance on rentals he’s hired to do. Be aware, if you deal with this guy, you’ll be treated horrible. Never in my life have I ever met someone with such a nasty attitude.

I would love to give no stars to Bruce but they don't allow you to do that I would like everyone to know reading this review do not deal or associate with this man he's a liar a thief he's rude disrespectful and racist and I'm going to do everything in my power to contact the right and proper authorities to notify them that they need to look into him and he's illegal ways of doing landlord activities he is doing illegal evictions and illegal business of being a landlord he does not know how to be a landlord and has broken very many laws and I'm going to do everything in my power to file a complaint with the proper people

Bruce is a very dishonest and unprofessional landlord. He rented me an apt with roaches and termites and said it was my responsibility. I was with out a fridge at one point and even AC. He claimed I did damages to this so called livable space. Do not do business with this company let alone Bruce. I would say more but I’ll let Karma deal with him.
