More about Bruce Tawara

I am a Denver native educated in finance from the University of Colorado. I have been selling residential properties since 1983. I reside in the Southeast Aurora area but my office is located in the Centennial/Englewood/Greenwood Village area of the Denver Technological Center. I have done institutional/Relocation sales for over 30 years and have references from various relocation clients. I also have an extensive foreclosure background helping people obtain relief from pending foreclosures and helping investors to secure rewarding "deals". I am very conscientious and honest. My reputation is paramount to my business dealings. I am accurate in my valuation assessments, I can guide you with necessary repairs, and I can help ...

  • Bruce never responded to my request

Bruce coordinated the painting of a home that I was purchasing. The unskilled, amature painter that Bruce " stood behind" left the home in worse condition then when it started. The entire structure now requires full prep, sealing and a repaint at my expense. Despite having the painter return to correct the numerous issues, the painter spent roughly 2 hours speeding around the home haphazardly attempting to fix his mistakes. The exterior painting was a condition of the sale of the home as advertised. when I pointed out the issues to Bruce he stated that my " demands" were over reaching and that the home didnt have to be painted to an industry standard. this was of course after he had assured me that he would " take care" of any problems because it was " his reputation" that was on the line and that I wouldnt have to fight to have thing made right. I truly appreciate the rediculos low grade attempt at painting that was performed by Jim Sparkman. this experience was not profesional, it was unwarranted and a pathetic excuse for craftsmanship.
