Bryan got me the price I needed for the sale of my home. He's sharp, quick, organized, punctual and level-headed. During closing, he was reviewing the documents as I was reviewing them and was actively paying attention for any errors in the financial calculations. That impressed me the most when he caught a potential error -- even at closing, he was still paying attention and looking out for me to ensure the documents were correct. I've had other brokers just sit there on their phone or not do/read anything. Highly recommend.

My wife and I were new to the DC market. We were interested in a number of different parts of town and were open to many types of homes. We were referred to Bryan by a work colleague who said his friend had just sold a property and repurchased a new property in DC and had a great agent. He could not have been more accurate. We called Bryan on Wednesday and were able to scheudle time to look at condos that weekend, Bryan has a deep understanding of the District and after a few hours of looking at properties we felt like we had enough information to start narrowing down our search. He found a number of properties that fit our requirements and worked with our schedules to find spots when we could see homes. By the end of the next week we had found a property that we wanted and he helped us make the right offer. Bryan coached us through the negotiation and worked with the seller. We ended up getting exactly what we had hoped for and more. We are extremely pleased with our purchase and can not say enough about how Bryan made this a wonderful experience. Bryan is essentially part of our family. He sold me my first place in DC, and was a real friend (more than an agent) in walking me through everything, as a guy in his mid-20s who no idea what he was doing. The best part was he pointed me towards a neighborhood he knew was up and coming, and while not originally on my list, I fell in love with it. Years later, he helped my wife and I find common ground on what were looking for for our first home. Again, he pointed us to a neighborhood that we originally did not think of, and it was a blessing because it was an amazing place for us to start a family. When we decided to relocate out of DC, Bryan was kind enough to find us an agent in our new location to help us navigate an unfamiliar place (right neighborhoods, best schools, places on the upswing). We learned later that he called her, vetted her, and specifically asked for her commitment that she herself would work with us and not pass us off to a junior agent (which we appreciated). If this kind of support wasn't enough, Bryan then proceeded to sell our home at 10%+ over listing price. Legitimately, could not be more fortunate to have worked with him over all of these years.

I have now sold two houses with Bryan, and if I ever need to sell another one, Bryan is the only person I'll work with. He's an excellent communicator, negotiator, and real estate expert. No matter the size of the sale, he spends tireless hours negotiating, prepping, and making sure the house can garner as much value as possible. Both times I have worked with him, we have been able to sell the house for a significant percentage above asking price.
