With ever changing rules and regulations and more scrutiny at the underwriting level - it can, at times, seem so frustrating for everyone concerned. It is a loan officer's job (my job!) to make certain that when you apply for a loan, that ALL the pertinent information involving your finances and circumstance will fit into the particular lending program.
