Zhiyi Huang

I'd been making offers on homes for 6 years, and my previous Realtor was not very helpful in the process. I began venturing out on my own to visit Open House's when I met Mr. Huang. He was very nice, could tell I was nervous, and invited me to sit down. I explained my struggle in trying to purchase a property for myself and my child over the last years. He was very attentive, understanding, and helpful in more ways than I could have imagined. Mr. Huang, also being a loan officer, was able to get me a loan at a much better rate than the one I was already pre approved for. He did not charge any extra fees for this. I made my offer, signed the documents, and he was available at any time for questions that I had. My son and I were in our first home within 30 days. I still feel like I was in the right place at the right time when I met Mr, Huang. I'd highly recommend him to anyone. It was actually an easier process than I imagined it could be.
