WORST LANDLORD EVER. NEGLECTS PROPERTIES. LIES TO YOUR FACE. WONT RESPOND TO COMMUNICATION. I'D HAVE TO SAY HE IS WORSE THAN THE LANDLORD THAT GOT SHUT DOWN. AT LEAST I COULD GET A HOLD OF HIM AND GET THINGS FIXED. WHICH IS SAD. A LANDLORD WHOSE LICENSE GOT REVOKED IS BETTER THAN BURTON CAGEN

I should have listened to the rest of the reviews because they are absolutely right! DO NOT APPLY OR RENT FROM THESE HORRIFICALLY INCOMPETENT PEOPLE! Found a perfect townhouse, in the exact location I want to be for a great price 2 hours after it was posted. Called numerous times and finally got an old lady that obvious hates her job. Was told I need to be shown the house first and then I could put in an application. I said great I’m ready now (Friday), she said they are not showing now and told me to call back Monday. I call back numerous times early Monday, when I finally get the old lady I find out they have already shown the place in which those people have already put in applications and they are waiting on the owner to decide. I can’t believe how lazy and incompetent these people are, it’s off the charts! I decide to put an application in any way in hopes it gets to the owner. I keep calling back to check in and when I do get the old lady she says they will probably send my money and application back to me since they already have chosen people. Well I got my money back, I'm surprised they didn't steal it like they obviously do to many people. What a complete waste of time and I lost out on a perfect place to live that I’ve been searching for, for over a year now.
