Absolutely the worst. wouldn't and will not recommend this realtor or anyone at Vision . This realtor wants something for nothing did no work , but still wants payment , very unprofessional and dose not take in consideration the clients needs and what best represents the client , but only her needs and her commission . I will be letting everyone I know in the Northern suburbs of Atlanata to stay away from this realtor

Horrible and terrible experience! As first time home buyer, we foolishly did not have our own agent and Theresa initially agreed to a certain contract after getting commission from both seller and buyer. Long story, but in the end she used deceptive and unethical tactics to hold up money due back to us and for which we previously negotiated and were legally entitled to. Very hard life lesson to not trust ANYONE! Even if they appear to be nice, they could be a wolf in sheep’s clothing
