We're on house #2 now, and not only has Carey been our "go-to" for both purchases, but also helped us identify a pathway to hang onto our first home as an investment property. For example, how many times do you find yourself digging through Zillow and other sites to find a plethora of terrible photos of properties? She takes the time to get it right, and with the right equipment (awesome camera equipment with wide lenses, videos, etc.).3. She sticks around through the process, and is responsive. Time is money, my friends! An hour can mean a missed deal! She's all business, and comes with personality and capability. Believe me, you won't be sorry.We may be going toward house #3 soon, and you can bet she'll lead the way for us.
