I have been working with Britt for quite some time to look for an investment property. She was always patient and gave me great advice on what to look for. Throughout the entire purchasing process, Britt made sure everything went smoothly and that I felt comfortable about the offers I submitted. My husband and I like to say we are Cari's pickiest clients. Cari sold our Torrance house in Hickory Park a few years back, and helped us buy a large Rolling Hills Estates horse property. We didn't have horses, but the large lot and 4 car garage were perfect for our extra vehicles, including a RV! We even got used to the peacock noise, haha! On both transactions we felt like Cari had our best interest at heart. She asked a lot of questions, and had a great grasp on what our needs were. We since decided to sell our new property, and seek out a 1 level home. Cari & Britt did such a great job in marketing that our house had several offers. The aerial photographs taken were particularly effective. We sat at the kitchen table and reviewed the plusses and minuses of each offer, and countered a couple of them. We ended up selling for higher than the current market suggested we would. They even negotiated a rent-back to give us ample time to find our new home, which they once again found for us. We closed escrow on a charming Spanish style 1 level home last month, that has room for our RV as well. We would recommend using Cari and Britt 100%!

My wife and I recently bought a house through Cari and Britt. I'm not new to buying homes so for me to be so impressed with real estate agents takes a lot. The majority of our home purchase went pretty well UNTIL it came time for the sellers to rent the house back from us. They needed some extra time until their new house was ready and we agreed to letting them stay for an extra 30 days after the house closed escrow. Imagine our surprise when we went to our house and the sellers left behind many personal belongings and lots of trash. The walls were a mess and the carpets needed to be replaced because they were so filthy. My wife was pregnant and we were scheduled to host a shower in our new home a week later. This is where Cari and Britt went above and beyond for us: They had a team lined up in no time (more like a SWAT team) of vendors to come through, from painters to carpet people to a cleaning crew. Cari and Britt pulled these vendors together to get our house back in order and ready for the shower. They even helped us by suggesting a company to help unpack boxes. Cari and Britt could have easily walked away when they received their check, but they stuck with us.

Being new to Southern California, Cari and Britt helped us to not only find a rental home, but to also purchase our first home in the South Bay. They are very responsive and easy to get a hold of. We have two small children which causes our schedule to be pretty rigid. Cari and Britt were very flexible and available to talk/meet during off hours.
