I started my real estate career after working for attorneys in the oil and gas business. I found the real estate, title opinions, etc of that business fascinating and discovered a true interest in real estate. I became licensed selling residential real estate which led me to working with a builder selling homes in subdivisions. I have built 3 of my own homes so I have a bit more construction background than most agents. I am good at staging properties, which led me to decorating the builder's model homes. That experience has been beneficial to my clients as I can offer advice and ideas for ways to improve their properties making their homes look the best and become more salable....more inviting. Due to my experience selling new homes, I do offer the service of Open Houses to my clients. A lot of agents feel open houses are a waste of time....it is not.
