I come from a long lineage of real estate, starting over 45 years ago with my mother. She paved the way and taught me early on that there are NO shortcuts to good old-fashioned values and hard work! Having bought and sold many homes, including my personal residences and investment properties, I'm well-versed on rehabbing for a profit and making cost-effective repair decisions. I specialize in staging a home to sell and preparing a home for the market, both of which are critical in today's marketplace. I can appreciate the unknowns and fears of being a first-time homebuyer and can assist in assessing mortgage programs, inspections and expectations. I currently own and manage my own investment properties and am versed on screening prospective tenants and protecting the bottom line. I also have extensive experience working with relocation buyers and sellers and understand the sensitive nature of a move of that magnitude.
