My wife and I met Carmen at one of his first open houses. We immediately hit it off and very soon engaged him as our realtor to help find our first house. Soon after I was laid off and our search for a home came to a halt. In the 3 or 4 years that followed, while we were getting back on our feet, Carmen would keep checking in with us, not as a realtor who wanted to know when he could make a sale - but as a friend. Someone who cared more about our well being than another commission. We did get back on our feet and with Carmen's help and expert guidance, finally found not just a house, but our true home. Carmen remains a good friend and also remains the best realtor around. He honestly cares about people first, and that's just part of what makes him one of the good guys!
