I just sold a condo downtown with another agent. we basically took the first offer that came our way. coming home one day i noticed a open house sign outside my building. I was totally impressed. here was a agent working to sell a unit other than replying on the MLS. she knew i just sold my unit, but asked if i wanted to look at the one she had for sale. Knowledgeable, kind, charming and friendly. I was thoroughly impressed. I have since asked Carol to help me find a new place. I know she will work diligently to find me what I’m looking for.
