Real estate has been Carol Lee’s sole career and she has been in the business since 1988. Her sales volume has topped $175 million to date. Carol personally handles the details of every home sale and home purchase. She has extensive knowledge and experience in pricing, negotiating, financing, and more.
Carol grew up in Livonia and lived in several area homes before moving to Northville in 2003. Thus she is intimately familiar with the communities, neighborhoods, and history of the area. Carol has also been a licensed builder since 1990 and has built over 20 custom and spec homes. Additionally, she has been a landlord since 1989 and will provide insight into today’s expanding rental market.
Happily married to her husband, Jack, for over 25 years, they have two teenage boys, Andrew and Alex. Carol’s goal is to serve you and to make sure you have the best home buying/selling experience.
