Carol Walls-sandell

Carol Ann loves Chicago! A Chicago native, she has lived in Lakeview, Rogers Park, South Loop, University Village, and most recently Bronzeville. A degree in business management and 15 years in the restaurant and hospitality industry (both as entrepreneur and consultant) taught Carol Ann that every client is very different. Truly listening to her clients and understanding their needs have been the keys to her successes. Clients have characterized her as extremely dedicated, enterprising and loyal. Both buyers and sellers appreciate her attention to detail and her customer service driven work ethic. Carol Ann is licensed in Illinois and California and works with clients throughout Chicagoland and Southern Califonia along with her two excellent teams.
