Carolina helped me sell my house in an impossible market. I would not allow her to put up "for sale" signs nor host an open house because of the neighborhood. However, she still managed to sell my house within a couple months time within my asking price. She was honest from the beginning about what I should expect and she was dead on about her facts and figures. She was never more than a phone call away and answered all of my questions honestly. When I decide to purchase again, Carolina will definitely be the agent I choose. I have referred her to a few people who also have had great experiences. Thank you Carolina!

Carolina was extremely helpful while assisting my boyfriend and I apartment search for his apartment in Houston. She was extremely knowledgeable of the Houston area and was honest about what would work best for him. She really took into consideration his needs and wants & worked extremely hard to find the right place for him while staying in budget. As young adults, it was extremely helpful to have her there to ask the right questions to the apartment complexes/renters. She always answered texts and phone calls promptly (even outside of normal business hours). Overall Carolina is a very friendly, professional and knowledgeable real estate agent. Carolina made the process of moving from out of state so easy for me. I had only two weeks to find a place and within a day she found multiple options for apartments then took care of all communication with the apartment managers when I decided on one. Carolina went way above expectations when assisting my fianc and I with our home purchase. She was referred to us by a family member, but at the time was living out of the state. You wouldn't have know that she was over 1,200 miles away during the entire process! She coordinated everything for us with the assistance of her colleague, kept us updated on all deadlines and handled any questions and concerns we had. This was not our first time attempting to buy a house, but it was by far our smoothest. We were able to close on a home just 2 months into looking! We will definitely be recommending Carolina to anyone we know searching for a realtor!
